Dr. Ginn is the founder and principal of Skin@LRG, a dermatology and LASER medical practice & apothecary that specializes in providing comprehensive treatment protocols for patients of all ethnicities and skin tones. She completed a clinical fellowship in cosmetic dermatology and laser surgery and a prestigious post-doctoral research fellowship with the National Institutes of Health focused on increasing minority representation in clinical studies. She co-authored the “Laser Treatments” chapter of Dermatology for Skin of Color, one of the few clinical references dedicated to the subject, and most recently published a guideline article on periprocedural skin care protocols for patients with skin of color. Dr. Ginn has served as a board member on the Physicians Council for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion since its conception
